David Peters

David was appointed Chief Transition Officer within the Executive Board Stedin Holding N.V as of 1 January 2018. In this role he is responsible for developing Stedin’s role in the energy transition, key focus areas include digitalization, Stedin’s investment portfolio and development of new capabilities. Within Stedin David has held the position of Strategy Director since May 2015 and he was responsible for strategy and innovation. Prior to joining Stedin, he worked for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for eight years in the Netherlands and abroad on strategy and organization transformations, in particular in the energy sector. He was a member of the Dutch National Think Tank. David studied Applied Physics at Eindhoven University of Technology and Applied Ethics at the University of Leuven. David lives with his wife and two sons in Utrecht, and loves to clear his mind on the bike.
